Massimo Deriu

 

graduated from the Faculty of Electronic Engineering at the University of Bologna (Italy). Prior to joining CRS4 as Research/Technologist in 1998, he briefly worked as Hardware Engineer. His primary research interests include human-computer interface issues, intelligent systems for digital interactive television and domotics. He is currently focusing on the design of proactive and adaptive architectures for smart places and digital homes. He has been responsible for development process, requirement analysis, prototyping, coding and testing in several research projects on domotics and ITV issues.
