Kara Rosenblatt

 

is a special education faculty member at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin in Odessa, Texas. Kara received her doctoral degree in Exceptional Education from the University of Central Florida in 2009. In her current role, Kara teaches undergraduate and graduate level special education courses and is the Special Education Program Coordinator. Kara’s research interests focus on the impact of technology on both teachers and students with high incidence disabilities, teacher preparation and practical strategies for teachers at all levels. Kara was a special education teacher for 5 years in Florida and Maryland.
