Linda Lombardino

 

is a professor of Speech-Language Pathology in the School of Special Education, School Psychology, and early Childhood Studies, College of Education, University of Florida.  She has written numerous papers on reading disabilities, co-authored the Assessment of Literacy and Language(2005), and written a book entitled The Multidimensional Model for Assessing Reading and Writing Disorders (2012) . She is working on developing an assessment tool for the IPad to identify preschool children at risk for reading disabilities. She has served as the primary mentor for over 22 doctoral students and she has taught doctoral seminars in reading disabilities for many years.
