Colleen McLean Eddy

 

is an associate professor of mathematics education at the University of North Texas. Her scholarship focuses on teacher effectiveness in mathematics education for in-service teachers and using this to inform preparation of teacher candidates. The areas of focus include teacher retention, algebra teacher self-efficacy, mathematical knowledge for teaching, inquiry instruction, and formative assessment. Her research has been supported by grants totaling over $8 million.
