Jesko Elsner

 

since 2011 is a scientific researcher and postgraduate at the Institute of Information Management in Mechanical Engineering (IMA) of RWTH Aachen University. He acts as system developer in the research project TemRas and is the technical leader of the Euregio project EMuRgency. His research focuses on the discipline of machine learning as branch of artificial intelligence.
He studied Computer Science at the California State University Fullerton (USA) and afterwards Business Informatics at the University of Paderborn (Germany). Between 2003 and 2010, he worked in the field of conception and implementation of complex IT-systems and software-engineering in Germany, Rumania and Spain.
